Step 8 of 8 in the billing cycle

Dental billing reports and revenue insights

Every month you get a plain-English report on where your money is: what was billed, what was collected, what is still open, why claims were denied and which payers are slow. You see the work behind the numbers, not just the totals.

Why owners fly blind on billing

Practice management systems have reports, but pulling them together takes time, and they rarely answer the questions owners actually ask. Which payers pay slowest? Which procedures get denied most? How old is our insurance balance, and is it getting better or worse?

Without those answers, it is hard to know whether billing is working, or what to change.

How we handle it

Experienced billers do the work and make the decisions. AI does the reading, checking and watching that keeps the work complete.

What our billers do

  • Prepare your monthly report and walk you through it if you want a call.
  • Explain what changed since last month and what we are doing about it.
  • Recommend changes to front-office workflow when the numbers point to a cause.

Where AI helps

  • Tracks the measures that matter: claims accepted on first submission, days to payment, denials by payer and procedure, aging balances and net collections.
  • Flags trends early, such as a payer whose denials are rising.
  • Turns the numbers into a short written summary for the biller to review.

Questions about reporting

What is in the monthly report?

Production billed, insurance and patient collections, open claims and how old they are, denials by reason, payer and procedure, payers that are slow to pay, and the actions we took during the month.

What is a net collection rate?

Net collection rate is the share of collectible revenue a practice actually collects, after contractual adjustments. It shows how much of what you are owed you are really getting paid.

How do we receive the report?

By email each month, with a call to walk through it whenever you want one.

See where your billing is leaking.
