Dental billing services, from the first benefits check to the monthly report.
We handle the full dental billing cycle as one team. Experienced billers own every step. AI checks the work at every step. Pick one service or hand us all of it.
The billing cycle
- Step 1: Insurance verification Coverage and benefits checked before the patient sits down. We verify each patient’s dental coverage and benefits before the appointment, so your team knows what is covered, what has already been used and what the patient is likely to owe. Our billers do the verifying. AI reads the benefits details and flags anything that could turn into a denial.
- Step 2: Pre-authorizations Requests sent complete, with the documentation payers ask for. We prepare and submit pre-authorizations and pre-treatment estimates for the treatment that needs them, with the radiographs, charting and narratives each payer expects. Then we track every request until there is an answer, so treatment is not left waiting on a form nobody is watching.
- Step 3: Coding and claim review Codes, teeth, surfaces and attachments checked before submission. Before a claim goes out, a biller checks the codes, tooth numbers, surfaces and attachments against your clinical notes and the payer’s rules. AI runs the same claim through a rules check first, so the biller’s attention goes to the claims that need it.
- Step 4: Claims and follow-up Every claim sent clean and followed until it is paid. We create and send your claims electronically, with the right attachments, and we follow every one until it is paid or resolved. AI watches the status of every open claim, so nothing sits in a queue without someone noticing.
- Step 5: Payment posting Payments posted, reconciled and checked against what you expected. We post insurance payments from electronic remittances (ERAs) and paper explanations of benefits (EOBs) into your system, reconcile them against what you expected to be paid, and flag anything that came back short or denied.
- Step 6: Denials and appeals Every denial worked, corrected or appealed. We work every denial. We find out why it happened, fix what can be fixed and appeal what should be paid. AI drafts appeal letters from the claim, your notes and the plan language, and a biller edits, approves and sends them.
- Step 7: Patient statements Clear statements and respectful follow-up on balances. We send patient statements that explain the charges, what insurance paid and what is left, in plain language. Then we follow up on open balances with reminders your patients will not resent, on a schedule your practice approves.
- Step 8: Reporting A plain-English view of where your money is. Every month you get a plain-English report on where your money is: what was billed, what was collected, what is still open, why claims were denied and which payers are slow. You see the work behind the numbers, not just the totals.
Hand us one step, or the whole cycle.
Some practices start with the part that hurts most, like verification or an aging pile of denials. Others hand over billing from end to end. Either way, the same billers handle your account and the same checks run on every claim.
In your free billing review, we will look at where your revenue is slipping and recommend where to start.
