Meet Suki, our founder
Suki works with dental practices as a billing specialist and practice consultant. She knows the dental billing workflow from the inside: how payers read a claim, which attachments they expect, how an appeal gets won and where a busy office tends to slip.
She started Suki AI Dental Billing to fix the problems she kept running into: benefits checked too late, claims sent without the documentation the payer wanted, and denials left to age out because nobody had time to fight them.
Her answer was not more software for overworked front desks. It was an experienced billing team, with AI built around the way dental billing actually works. Every workflow, coding rule and appeal approach our team and our AI use goes through her review. If the software suggests something and Suki says it is wrong, Suki is right.
